Gulshan Botnia is a new luxury flats apartments which has 2 and 3 BHK. This project is situated at sector – 144, Noida. the 2nd plan is the Stage wise payment plan where you need to pay 10% at the time of reserving the apartment, then within 45 days again 10% and then at the time of beginning of the construction 10%. With the placement of the first basement slab you need to pay 8%, at the start of the 5th floor again 8% along with 50% of the car parking charges, then at the time of casting of the slab of the 8th floor again 8% payment plus the PLC’s amount, at the starting of the 12th floor you need to pay another 8% along with the remaining car parking charges. Then with the start of the 18th floor there is again an investment of 8%. When the brick work is completed then you need to pay 7%, 6% for the interior plaster and for the flooring and the tiles there is a payment of 6% and also the same for the external paint. During the time of the possession you need to pay 5% and the I.F.M.S charges along with other charges. The Flexi plan is almost similar to the stage wise plan except for the payment on the 45th from booking and that is you need to pay 35% at that point of time.
