Following is the Gulshan Botnia payment plan as prescribed by the housing board. The residents should pay some amount at the time of booking. Then the next instalment, they should pay within 45 days of booking. Then they should pay the amount when the excavation begins. Then later on they should pay when the raft or foundation is laid. The charges of casting differ from floor to floor. Usually the people from the upper floor pay fewer amounts for casting. The people of the lower floors or first floor pay maximum amount. Then later on, the residents should pay for external plastering of slab. Then the payment is made for external painting of the tower. Then the remaining portion should be paid for flooring and tiling. Then the remaining amount is to be paid at the time of possession.
