What are the specifications?

The buildings are designed with earthquake resistant structure that has been approved by the I.I.T only after tested against the seismic conditions.

The R.C.C frames structures are of the highest standards. They are equipped with the tie beams that are connects the R.C.C slabs and the beams with the brick walls in between.
The paneled flush door shutters and the glass window shutters are designed with decorated setting and made of the top notch quality hard wood materials.
For the bedrooms, dining and the drawing room area vitrified tile flooring are in application. Floor tiles with anti skid properties are used in the bathrooms, kitchen areas and the balconies.
The internal walls are plastered and there is good quality painting along with oil distempering.
There is provision for both hot and cold water systems in the toilets.
There is no disruption of the water supply because of the underground tanks.
The PVC copper wiring is used and there are adequate light and power points.
