The doors and windows are made of the highest quality hardwood with decorative and appealing entrances. The floor tiles used in the bathrooms, balcony and kitchen areas are anti skid in nature. Vitrified tile flooring is in application in the bedrooms, drawing areas, and the dining space. The walls inside the house are painted well in pleasing and appealing shades with oil distemper.

The Plaster of Paris is decorative and mainly used in the dining, drawing and even in the bedrooms. There is provision of hot and cold water in the bathroom with good quality fittings and pleasing wall shades. The kitchen consists of glazed tiles and features stainless steel sink. There are variable plug points and the water supply is undisrupted due to overhead water tanks.
