With an Earthquake resistant RCC Framed structure, powder coated aluminum external doors and windows, and flush doors with internal hardwood frames; the Ajnara Le Garden is a safe haven inside out. The wiring has been done to accommodate portals for sufficient light fixtures and provisions for all appliances in all the rooms. The floors are made of vitrified tiles in all rooms except the balcony and bathrooms, where anti-skid tiles have been laid out to ensure safety. The master bedroom has laminated wood flooring and the kitchen has granite countertops with stainless steel sink and RO units for every one of them. Branded sanitary fittings have been used in the bathrooms. Inner walls have been painted with POP running and OBD and the exterior has a superior finish.
