The building apartments are all earthquake resistant and they are tested against the seismic forces.
The doors and the windows shutters used are made from the highest quality hard wood.
The flooring of the bedrooms, dining and drawing areas are made of vitrified tiles whereas anti skid tiles are used for the bathrooms, balcony and the kitchen area.
The toilets of the apartments are equipped with glazed tiles in pleasing color and are fitted till the door level. There is provision of both the cold and hot water without the geysers.
The internal walls are plastered and painted in soothing color shades and the oil distemper is also of the top quality.
The walls of the kitchen area are also installed with glazed tiles upto the door level and granite working platform is in application.
